Lingge Shangjiao PMP is a special modified epoxy resin coated in a diamond like shape on PMP insulation foil. It can quickly bond with wires in a heat transfer state at a mold temperature of 90 ℃; On the premise of ensuring the electrical and mechanical performance of the coil, it is sufficient to prevent the displacement of each layer of wire after winding, which can improve the yield and production efficiency of the coil, reduce production costs, and have no pollution to the environment.
Product curing conditions
First, cure at 90 ℃± 5 ℃ for 3 hours, then heat up to 125 ℃± 5 ℃ for 6 hours to fully cure; Or solidify under the conditions specified by both the supply and demand parties.
Storage:
The product should be stored in a dry, clean, and well ventilated warehouse below 25 ℃, and should not be near fire sources, heat sources, or exposed to sunlight. The storage period is 6 months; It can still be used after passing inspection after exceeding the storage period.
